cups chopped peeled mango
1 cup chopped peeled pineapple
2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger
add finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
to taste
Combine
all ingredients in medium bowl; cover and
chill
Can
be used with grilled fish or chicken or
as a dip with tortilla chips.
